Our Problem

• Between 2004 and 2006 Escambia County placed 13th out of 67 counties in Florida for abuse cases.
• Almost 30 out of every 1000 children in Florida will be subjected to some form of abuse each year!
• In NW Florida there are less than 25% of the number of Beds in Foster Home Program currently available to accommodate over 2180 Foster Children in NW FL.
