Pam Caddell is a certified general contractor and owner of Gulf-Atlantic Constructors, Inc. Gulf-Atlantic Constructors was started in 1972 and Ms. Caddell took over ownership in 2009. The company is a site work contractor specializing in asphalt and concrete construction as well as excavation and grading.
Ms. Caddell has been very active in the Pensacola community and nonprofit sector. She is the current President of the Pensacola State College Foundation and the Secretary of the Baptist Healthcare Foundation. She has served on the Board of Impact 100 Pensacola Bay Area for the last three years and has been active in the organization for the last five years.
Ms. Caddell has also served in other organizations including the Advisory committee for the Building Construction Department at the University of West Florida and the Board at the West Florida Homebuilders Association. She serves on the Advisory Board for Gulf Coast Community Bank and is an active board member of Open Arms Childrens Home. She lives in Gulf Breeze with her husband Phil and three sons: Jason, Chris, and William.
